After some unfortunate delays, our next-gen unassembled PCB is back from the factory. This revision makes the following improvements compared to the PCB from the last run:
- Fixed an intermittent and rare reset bug, that made the board sometimes require several power cycles before it could start.
- Better audio signal/noise ratio.
- Improved the resistance of the video input to electrostatic discharges and electrical noise.
- Better printed logo.
- More resistant crystal for the video input (we had some broken ones during production).
With those fixes and the latest software, the product is starting to become rock solid. My Milkymist One has been rendering patches continuously for 4 days now and it’s still stable and running. We are getting there!
